On the picture in the OP, you can see little holes all along the piece. I'd imagine this just simply drills in and is good to go. Probably 15 minutes of work haha
Really? Thats odd, it looks like it would contour right around it. There may be some plastic under the chin that gets in the way, thats the only thing I can think of. And if that is the case, thats still fairly simple.

Ya they are a little shorter as we get the groovy 5 mph styrofoam bumper insert. As good a fixer as you are this should be no problem for you to work through

Haha ya I'm sure I could figure it out. I'll probably do this eventually, but I have better things to spend money on at the moment. Like go fast parts haha
