Their resonator is a small tube. The stock one looks like a dang shoebox.

A lot of the big car makers parts are rebranded or similar to a smaller manfs parts and made by them, etc.....there is not enough volume in some parts for the big companies to bother with them.

I thought 2.5 was just right but was convinced by some great manfs that 3" is preferred.

I would of rather it been 2.5 as I had all the materials on hand to build one but had to buy all new parts and build a 3.0 system.

I would think staying with the stock turbo that 2.5 is not a real compromise, going bigger on the turbo, bigger is most likely better.

Sofar I love this exhaust...it looks and sounds great. Quiet on cold start and warmed idle but a nice mellow deep tone when you ask for it. Perfect match for the Stock DP.

My heads/cam/headers bolt on 99 Trans Am did fine with a 3" catback Borla exhaust, so I can't see this car needing 3". I would 2.5" is plenty.

I found the Magnaflow catback here http://www.coloradospeed.com/magnaflow-225-catback-exhaust-2014-fiesta-st-p-30873.html when I was looking a while back, but then realized it's not really any bigger than the factory stainless exhaust. Great deal though!
I saw that but its not a legit site. Check BBB.
No sir, you are incorrect. That site is legit. It is listed as an installer on Magnaflow's website since 2006. Don't believe everything that the BBB says. It's a misconception that the BBB is a government entity. It is not. It's a so called non profit org that makes money off businesses by asking them to sign up and pay a yearly fee. And if you do not, well, they aren't nice about it.

Google the video interview they did on the BBB about telling businesses if they don't pay up, they'll get bad reviews.

And to finish this off. How do I know that site is legit. I've known the owner for 10 years now. You should call or email them before making any kind of conclusion about his business.

Why would they have new products being added daily to a non-legit site?

http://www.coloradospeed.com/products_new.html

Why would they have a facebook page?

https://www.facebook.com/coloradoSPEED

Why would they have an SSL certificate?

http://www.coloradospeed.com/domain-control-verified-ezp-37.html (click on the seal)

Why would they be paypal verified since 2001? (click on the seal after logging in your paypal account since you cannot see it unless you are logged in)

In defense of my good friend, please next time, ask the question before assuming.

Thanks from a fellow ST owner.

I read into that too. You have to PAY to be on the BBB's "approved list". I don't blame a small company for not subscribing to that. Thanks for stating what you know about them. If your last name is St.Clair, so is mine and my brother's name is David too!!!!

anyone else find it odd someone with no posts comes up with this huge post about it?

while the site looks legit, it also would help to display an image of the correct generation Fiesta on the website.
