That is really close. Does it hit when you torque the engine (floor the gas pedal)?

If you look at the first picture it looks like it already has been, just judging by the paint wear.
Yeah I thought the same thing when I saw the pic---the COBB cars will definitely need a Version 2 of the bar---not a big deal-don't have to change the jig much---just make an adjustable stop/rest for the bar. Should have pics of a couple new products later today!

I don't think that it would since the pipe itself is bolted to the to motor with a 13mm nut. The silicone couplers should provide adequate flex to compensate for the torquing shouldn't they?

I'm talking about as the the engine flexes on the mounts when you floor it and shift hard.

FYI, to be technically correct, there are several electric motors under the hood of our cars and one gasoline engine.

RMM is quite a bit off base on a name for the mount at the rear of the engine.

One Engine mount, passenger side, liquid filled, I leave those alone.

There is one transaxle mount, right side. I have made a new one to lesson the great deal of movement it allowed, I am passing on the design on that so a filler piece can be made available.

GREAT PRODUCTS, I will be sporting some soon!

I have contacted Pierce and plan to now use their parts as normally make my own but I cannot match the low weight to strength ration of the 4130 they use which is not something I would weld with my MIG machine.

Here is the photo I promised of the new 4 point lower stress bar installed.

It took longer to put the car on stands than to install the bar.

And now my undercarriage is complete.
