Loose rattle behind/inside sync when driving over bumps?

As the title says, after a long road trip from AZ back to CA I noticed something came loose behind my radio cluster whenever I hit bumps, almost like there’s a loose CD (there isn’t I checked already) inside and behind the plastic radio cluster. Anyone else have this issue and fix the problem?
