Looking for new FiST with Recaro in Western USA at deep discount

Looking for a new FiST in Western USA, at deep discount (given incentive deals Ford is currently offering), hopefully for under $20k plus lic/doc/tx. Will travel to get the car bring it back so long as it is west of the Mississippi. Any color but black, ideally white. Want RECARO option.

Please let me know if you are aware of one. At this point, 2018's are leftovers, 19's showing up on dealer lots. A leftover 18 is fine by us but of course making a highly discount deal off MSRP for a 19 is fine too.
