Stock 21 psi is with overboost, IIRC. So, LMS tune is making this 23 psi all the time?
Pretty much....being there when in boost under WOTand whatever. That's how the power gains are so good and the vehicle is so much quicker...you're not longer falling on your face from gear to gear you're no longer limited to 12-14 psi in first couple gears....it allows for big power throughout the curve and huge torque gains particularly down low. Theres a reason the op went from a best stock of 15.15 at 94 mph to 14.35 at 98 mph on the same night having ran the car 5-6 times stock and tuned....8 tenths and more than 4 mph is a pretty big jump in the quarter mile. As i mentioned previously...you can look at peak to peak gains of 15-18 whp and 60-65 wtq give or take on the 93 tune and that sounds great the power under the curve elsewhere in the power band is even greater ask the car increases its quickness more so than the peak to peak gains would lead you to believe. This tune will make your car noticeably faster once its installed.

Appreciate the insights. Now, just wondering how much better in drivability and performance is the LMS tune compared to my current Stratified. Will have to order the LMS tune and find out for myself [thumb].

Tomorrow @ 9am, it's going down! So excited. I will try to capture pics/videos of the process. They told me I can squeeze in some stock dyno pulls too.

Sweet! I'm very interested in seeing a 3rd car with stock vs LMS tune dyno charts!

Returned to stock for the drive to the shop tomorrow. Will do a few stock pulls then compare with the LM tune. This will be my first dyno experience so I'm pretty excited.

I'm excited to see the results myself. I would like to do something similar with mine as well. I will have to contact the local dyno shop and see if they can hook me up with a similar type deal to what you're doing and see if I can make it happen sooner or later.

Well there is a member here named offthewall posting in this thread and he's tried the mountune tune Cobb ots stage 1 and more recently stratified and while he stated his really liked the stratified tune his favorite of the bunch was the lms based on what I've read he seemed to prefer it in overall power and drivability as well. He's going to get stock vs lms tune dyno results tomarrow.

I can't really speak for any of the other tunes as I've only tried the lms 93 tune but I know one thing I LOVE this tune it transformed the car I'm so glad every day that I went ahead and bit the bullet with it....no regrets here!

Question for the tuner: should he put some miles on the car after flashing the tune before running on the dyno?

So, not sure how to believe this, but stock average was 203hp and 236ft-lbs.

Just flashed over the LM tune, about to do comparison pulls.

It is a brisk 55-60* at the moment for those wondering.

My baseline may be a little high, for what it's worth. Pulled 219.7hp and 277.5ft-lbs with the tune.

That would give me gains of 14.5hp and 38.2ft-lbs. Very impressive for a tune in my opinion.

Pics and video soon.
