Issues with turbos

So recently I have just started experiencing a boost leak that fixes itself. I also experience lost boost, I believe the reason I only get around 24psi instead of the desired 26 is because of the driver side motor mount, at least I hope that’s what it is, I did rip the car apart yesterday and was checking out my wastegate, it had a oh so tiny bit of play in it, also the sensor for the turbosmart plumbback bov has a thread that screws in to the bov itself, that was a little loose. Tightened that and the car felt a little more responsive but still no peak boost. I checked all of my hose clamps and even made sure they were tight and I mean all of them. I’m lost at this point. I’m coming to you guys for help on this one. Also when the boost leak desides to leak lol I only get around 20 pounds at high rpm when I usually get 26. Is the motor mount the reason for lower then normal boost, is a sensor failing on me, or is the turbo just about to flat out blow, I also have a pop tune. Thank you guys
