iOS video playback via CarPlay

Hey,

Is anyone aware of any hardware (dongles) available to work between a iPhone and the Ford CarPlay system (sync 3) to enable video playback?

I understand a dongle that allows screen mirroring would work but looking to see if anyone has tried/tested any and has any recommendations.
