If you drive hard, the center caps just disintegrate. I have team dynamic wheels, I no longer have center caps

Well that's a no brainer.
Unless you cut the studs or open the ends of the OE nuts they won't fit.
However you are correct, the factory lug nuts are stupid.

19mm they were super cheap, just using them to hold me over.

Thin wall with a nylon guard I believe

I have a deformed stud, do you need to pull the hub off, or can you get enough clearance just removing the caliper and disk?

Remove caliper, bracket, and rotor and you are good.
