Headlight not working

Hi I’ve just bought a mk8 fiesta st-3 from Copart and have had a problem with the headlight I’ve bought. When I plug it in only the DLR light come on and I’ve changed the bulbs and modules and the same happens does it need coding to the car? Thanks

What country are you in?
What country is your FiST from?
United States models did not come with DRL as an option.
Lights from EU are only compatible after the car's wire harness is re-pinned to accommodate them.
