Grinding/Creaking Noise

Hopefully someone can help me out here. I have an intermittent grinding/creaking noise that sounds like it's coming from the passenger front side of the cabin. It only happens under light throttle and RPM increase in 3rd gear and above between 2000rpm and 3500rpm. Some days it's there, some it isn't. I'm at a complete loss here as to what it could be. I was just under the car a few weeks ago and everything checked out. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Might be the right side engine mount.

I considered that but it doesn’t happen in low gears and seems to occur under 20% throttle. Could it still be the side mounts?

CRasch, I have a very similar sound from the front passenger side, did you end up getting an engine mount replaced? Did it solve the problem?
