I just didn't want to admit I was stupid.

When installing the diffuser the car was on jack stands supporting the body.
The stands should have been under the rear axel.
Then I would have seen that the location settings and the bolts I chose to use would rub on the Eibach bar when the car was setting on its wheels.
I just needed to adjust the diffuser front mounting location, problem solved.

Awesome guys, glad you guys are still keeping this alive. Car will be getting back to road worthiness soon, as soon as I pick up my parts again. Hopefully, will be able to join all next time.
