I wanted some of those AP brakes so damn bad for the longest time! I wonder how hard they’d be to repaint a different color.

Yeah, not too sure. I'm guessing if you had a place apply a high temp coating it would probably be $100-150 per caliper, more if you wanted the "AP Racing" in a different color. They would do all the prep work and get all the old paint off. DIY, I'm thinking you would have to do a really good job prepping it and could maybe get away with off the shelf caliper paint. I painted my rear caliper brackets red when upgraded the rears to the SVT rotors but didn't love how it turned out. It was ok.
