I may of forgotten to post this, I need to pull the head and replace a valve, or two, or three....did not read notice the crank pulley not keyed, another great idea eh.....and when installing the flywheel turned the engine bit and bent at least two valves so comp is down in two cyclinders on the 2016 engine. I guess I should of been working on only one end of the engine at a time....:(

That said, searching now for a repair manual, I had downloaded the factory manual years ago but cannot find it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Rick

Thanks, had great fun building the car, did not get to track it much as planned, life changes not expected....
I am in a bit of a bind, need to get this moved out soon, willing to take a nice discount in price sold as is, bent valves in the 2016 engine, low mile engine, just to busy with projects and had some, still working on one, health issues.

Only tracked two days, only hard launched on the street once, only played around in one canyon and was scary
fast and power only part of it, too fast to really use it all except on a proper track.

I really did put in at least $25k more into it after buying new and I did design a lot of the work and built whatever parts I could or had them built and turned very bolt on it.

If interested let me know asap as I am going to have to fix or sell as it is very soon, by the end of this month actually.

Trades will be considered.

Thanks,
Rick

Only thing left besides minor fasteners, spitter install, etc is I have a P0118 ECT code to sort out, all else is working great! Rebuilt the head, valve job, all new seals and gaskets, compression is very good. Runs fine, just need to clear that code and then do a new tune and ready to sell.

I need to research this a bit and figure out the proper asking price, still only 21k miles on the car, engine is a 2016 with approx 20k miles on it. Dang fine and well sorted car, very quick, incredible handling, great deal for whoever is the next owner. I just do not have a place for it in my very retired lifestyle which includes a great deal less income, I could start another business, get a good paying job, etc but I just like working on our all our RV remodel, rock hounding, etc...better.

I would keep it if I was still doing track days, TT and autocross events but no longer doing so and I do not drive crazy on the street, stopped that many years ago, decades really. I just have no need for it, want something stock or mostly so now. Once I get done with the all out high end remodel of our full time RV we are going out rock hounding, hiking, natural hot springs and growing a lot of organic food. If I had all the stock parts I would part it out and make it stock as I could and likely keep it but have no parts and too much trouble to get them all.
Unless somebody wanted a ton of the parts and could get me stock (or moderate upgrade) parts I would look into doing that as well.

I am rather surprised as well but then again only back on here a few times in the last few years....

Thanks, I am having a great time, best part of my life is right now, beautiful wife, great doggy, live in what we consider paradise(only wish I had spent some of the hundreds of thousands put into cars on some nice private land here), superb food(wife is amazing cook), only dealing with getting up there a few years, various health issues, aches and pains but looking around at others in the 55 plus place, far better off than most here, in all ways. Got to be grateful for what I have instead of moaning about what I do not have and do not need to be happy and fulfilled:)
