$12,000 OBO or trade for Fiesta ST + cash on my end

Nows the chance for you fiesta people to get into a really fun RWD car. For those not familiar with BMWs, the S52 swap is a popular swap for the E30. The S52 comes out of a 1996+ BMW e36 M3 and it gives the E30 a great boost in horsepower and torque.

Hoping for a FiST:
With 50k miles or less
Recaro seats would be great
Any color but black
Mods are welcome but not necessary

Now for info on the e30:
About 191K miles on chassis
Clean title

Engine, transmission, and differential:
S52 engine from a 1998 BMW M3
160-170K estimated miles on the S52. Estimated because odometer didn't work for about 4 years, but during that time my commute was very short averaging about 5 miles per day. Engine had 120k miles when I purchased it and had normal compression numbers. Still pulls strong and has given me no issues.
ZF320 5 Speed from 1998 BMW M3 with same mileage as engine
Car is OBD2 and there is no AC or powersteering
7k miles on stage 2 M5 clutch
3.25 LSD differential. 7k miles on output seals
7k miles on rebuilt halfshafts
Custom exhaust with vibrant race cat, resonator, and muffler

Minor front end damage to radiator support area. Not noticeable unless you look under the hood. Hood, driver fender, and bumper have been replaced and painted. Furthere pictures of damage can be provided
Cosmetically the car is not perfect. Paint not the best, use the photos to judge and feel free to ask for more.
