Front RMM bolt is stuck or broken, what to do?

Howdy, tried to replace the stock RMM today but when attempting to remove the front bolt, it would 'skip' or 'jump' instead of spinning smoothly. The bolt will wiggle around in the mount if pushed (see video). PB didn't help, nor did a jack under the engine so I left it in place in case I need to drive it to a shop. How should I proceed?

Is it possible that someone may have accidentally reversed the RMM bolts? (i.e. put the shorter rear bolt in the front and the longer front one in back)

That definitely seems possible, though I didn't pull the bolts to confirm. I'm certain the bolt is now broken because I can hear it shift around over bumps or when switching between forward/reverse. The plan now is to have a shop repair it and replace the mount.

Literally went through the same exact problem a few months back, absolute nightmare trying to get that bolt off but ended up rounding off the bolt and had to tact weld a nut onto it and then from the front of the car with a large breaker bar and metal pipe for extra leverage the bolt did come loose, also make sure you Jack your engine up a bit so you can relieve some of the pressure from the bolt, because I had upgrade motor mount inserts it made this a bit harder but ultimately how I got the bolt off. I have a pair of titanium's ready to go in when I have some time, best of luck.
