Are there any true 2 door trucks for sale anymore though?

I like it but even regular 4 door rangers arent cheap in markets where they are available already.

Are they using the EcoBoost Stang's slushbox, or did they have to make up a new one because of AWD?

Well you can buy a 5.0 F150 2 door if you want.

But Ford using the 2.3 does make sense Stateside.

This is the engine we are getting in Australia (2L diesel). 157kW, 500Nm and a 10 speed transmission. Personally I would have preferred something like the 2.7 Eco Boost.

Ford used the 3.5 Eco-Boost on the Explorer didn't they? Similarly sized platforms...

Guess it'll be like asking for a peaceful unification of N/S Korea for Ford to use it in the Ranger-Raptor.
