Ford Fiesta MK8.5 ST how to drain coolant

Hi all I have just got a MK8.5 UK spec ST and was wondering how to flush and empty my coolant to refresh do you have to remove the bumper to access the bottom of the radiator as there seems to be a lot of plastic under the front bumper ?
