There isn't one. It is only for the Sync 2, My Ford Touch systems.

That NirvanaPool one is getting yoink'ed right now for mine- Tuxedo black with red accents, we've dubbed it 'CarPool' and grabbed the Pennsylvania vanity plate as such. lol
