Yeah im most concerned with the drone at highway speed, the majority of my cars life is highway (id say 90%).

My GF's poor Tiburon that someone hack-jobb'ed a crap exhaust onto drones like crazy at 65-80mph. Id regret getting it if that was the same case.

Oh okay. That's understandable then. I'll be installing my cbe and intake this weekend and I'm thrilled just about that. Haha.

Right lol im bummed it didnt add much noise. I cant wait for my MBRP cat back to show up so i can make noise. I will be honest though this car would probably out run my old DD (96 mustang gt with gears bolt ons and the pi swap) and that car was known to run low 13s.

Lol, you could be like me and honestly not remember how the car felt stock. I added parts really quick :) and added them mostly at the same time or very close together. I too am used to faster cars, but I can honestly say that this car would woop up on my bolt on 99 cobra.

I don't have an exterior WOT videos yet with the MBRP. Also note this is the MBRP with a 2JR race downpipe so it's a little louder than with a stock or catted downpipe.
Sounds great, and thx for sharing the videos. Haha and I hear ya, my exhaust and AP were on at 800 miles. Now for some warm weather to get more goodies installed. Hate staring at boxes in the house. Stupid snow!

Its funny because my car has 3000 miles and is stage 3 already lol. I dont remember stock. I kinda wanna take my car to the local 8th mile after i get my catback and break off some stangs. Side note i think running the stock catback is making the noise im hearing. The 2.5 to 2.25 reduction where the dp meets the catback was always a concern in the back of my mind with running the bigger dp with the stock catback.

One thing i noticed about the cobb cbe from vids the burble dies out at higher rpm. You hear the burble from low to mid and sounds great but then at high rpm all I hear is mostly air and the exhaust sounds thin. Videos dont justify most exhausts but canyone confirm?

I don't have any videos but I'll have mine installed Monday and update on that.

That's why I hopped on that discount. Cuts that 300 in half. And to me that's completely worth it.

I installed my mbrp cat back today and all i can say is wow. The install was super easy,(took me all of 30 minutes )and My car sounds amazing! Between the mbrp cat back and atp dp my exhaust is unreal. Its quiet enough to not get harrassed/pulled over under light load/normal driving. Under WOT/hard driving this thing sounds like a race car it pops burbles and makes every noise i feel a turbo car should make including turbo back fires on decelation. I would recommend this set up to anyone wanting a LOUD aggressive exhaust.
