I know. Unfortunately, thanks to the wonderful idiots known as Carfax, it’s basically worthless to anyone but me. I’ll still do it, it’s just annoying knowing it’ll cost more than the car is theoretically worth. My car had an insurance claim while sitting parked in front of my house. , the entire cost was because I had my racing wheels/tires on at the time, of which 3 of 4 were destroyed. Unfortunately, Carfax says the car was nearly totaled. I already have a new daily driver on order as well as a fun restomod I use to troll my dad, so have to think things through on the little Fiesta.
edit: I suppose I forgot to mention that along its way to 200K miles, it got clobbered by a Toyota doing 50 mph. Pictures prove which car won. It only reinforces my opinion of how tough these little cars are.
