Still have my 2014 with nearly 111,000 miles with blend door actuator replaced once under warranty. All belts, water pump and thermostat assembly, drive belt tensioner done at 107,000 to save any problems later. Clutch and flywheel replaced when I had the WaveTrak installed. Mountune radiator fitted but wasn't needed. Just playing safe. Runs like it should, fast and fun!
Thanks for reminding me. I should probably get the timing belt/water pump done sometime soon. I guess I just sort of ignored that because I thought the little guy would die before it was justified.

You're overdue for it, remember it's an interference engine.

I know. Unfortunately, thanks to the wonderful idiots known as Carfax, it’s basically worthless to anyone but me. I’ll still do it, it’s just annoying knowing it’ll cost more than the car is theoretically worth. My car had an insurance claim while sitting parked in front of my house. Other than a new rear bumper cover and a few sensors IMG_4519.jpeg , the entire cost was because I had my racing wheels/tires on at the time, of which 3 of 4 were destroyed. Unfortunately, Carfax says the car was nearly totaled. I already have a new daily driver on order as well as a fun restomod I use to troll my dad, so have to think things through on the little Fiesta.

edit: I suppose I forgot to mention that along its way to 200K miles, it got clobbered by a Toyota doing 50 mph. Pictures prove which car won. It only reinforces my opinion of how tough these little cars are.
