I bought my FIST Saturday. Saturday night I had my friend in the neighborhood do my tint. Before he put the tint on he noticed some scratches on the driver side rear window. They are pretty deep but I didnt notice them at all. So Sunday the dealership was closed but today I went over there to let them know what I found. So I get to the dealer and pull into the service area. I tell them what happened and the service manager gets the sales guy who sold me the car to come look at it. Without any question they say they are going to replace the window and even re tint the glass. He apologized and told me they are ordering the glass and it should be here Wednesday. Should only be a 2-3 hour repair. And by the way I LOVE this car! So much fun to drive.

I got the car at Mac Haik Ford in Desoto Texas.

So I took my car in today. The sales guy offered me a loaner car to drive home if I didnt want to wait. I took a focus with 10 miles on it home and I will be picking up my car tomorrow morning.
