Engine revving but no pull?

Hello,
New guy here. New to turbos as well. Anyways, sometimes when I push on the gas, the revs climb quickly but there is no noticeable acceleration. This doesn't happen all the time but enough to be concerning. I have no dash lights on. I'm driving a 2017 ST. I can take a video if this would help. As far as I know, everything is stock.

Probably turbo lag, but if you want to be sure send a vid.
If the acceleration seems to kick in just befire 3k RPM then it's probably turbo lag, just stay higher in the RPM band.

Definitely sounds like clutch slippage to me... you're a 2017 so if you're within warranty still I'd take it straight to a Ford dealership and let them take a look. Does it feel similar to when you rev with the clutch engaged?

It happens anytime really. I notice when there is a lot of torque, it feels like it slips and then catches. But I'll definitely look into turbo lag! Thanks for the reply.

Yes, that's exactly what it does! Only problem is that if it is the clutch, the warranty doesn't cover that to my knowledge. However, I'll be calling a Ford dealership tomorrow to see what they can do.
