Did the car take a hit in the front? The driver's headlight has a broken tab and the sag/bulge seem to possibly indicate an impact.

That was my guess too. The carfax was clean so if it did they didnt report it.

I'm pretty sure the wing extensions on the back are mountune, too. https://www.mountuneusa.com/mountune-Rear-Spoiler-Extension-set-Fiesta-ST-p/msd.f052.08.06df.htm
Those are expensive. They look really cool.

I think the diffuser fins on top and bottom are diy.
I like em too, as luck would have it my wife complains about nothing but those extenders... go figure. 🥺 Here's a few more shots. One of the IC that's easier to see clearly and a few of under the car the best i could reach. P1036068.jpg 20190525_120126_HDR.jpg 20190525_120111_HDR.jpg 20190525_120119_HDR.jpg

I agree with an earlier poster that those yellow springs look like Mountune springs. They have these yellow ones which lower the car about an inch-
https://www.mountuneusa.com/mountune-Sport-Spring-Set-Ford-Fiesta-ST-p/2364-msk-ba.htm

and also some coilovers which have yellow springs.
After looking at a lot of stock shots to compare i had thought my car had dropped slightly more in the front than the rear, but that's in line with the Mountune kit. It says it drops the front end by 1.1" and the rear by .8" so i guess it makes sense.

Any chance you can point out what part that is? 🥴 Is it the little blue thing?
EDIT: After looking closer that looks like a piping support. May as well be japanese to me.
No, the blue thing is an exhaust hanger. Look to the front of it, and you'll see a black piece of metal that says COBB on it. That's the RMM, the Cobb is a good one, and it's one more thing you don't have to buy.

Haaa very cool! I love my car but knowing so much was done to it already makes me a bit giddy LOL and you are right, less money out in the long run as i plan on doing more mods as i learn.

Ok that was confusing lol. I had never heard of that brand and the acronym happens to be ST. They do look like the ST models online.
I realize that despite posting photos numerous times people just assume because it's yellow that it must be mountune, etc.
And when you say "ST" it doesn't click and they think stock OE, LOL [ridinghorse]
