DRL LED Fog Light bezels?

They look pretty cool, but not sure if you could retain the actual fog light with it or not...

Looking at the picture of the back of the lights, it doesn't look like you'll be able to add the stock lights to it. At least not without modifying things.

I'm confused. Do they just add and LED strip around the fog housing, or is it a bezel, LED strip, and foglight all in one assembly?
