Drivers side dash rattling / vibration

Hello All,

Would like to see if anyone else is experiencing this and or knows the cause and solution. Any information / help would be greatly appreciated.

In any gear at around 3-4K rpms there is a rattling / vibration sound coming from the driver side top dashboard area. Seems to be louder when in that rpm range and let off the gas and the rpms start to drop just below that.

I get a rattle between the pillar and the dash that little opening between the two I put folded up carboard for now and it stopped it, passenger side also does the same

if its on the door sometimes the handle part gets loose and you can tighten it back up. those are the two I got but its ford quality I guess.
