Double honk when car is running and key is outside.

Any way to turn that off? I have to jump in and out of the car all day. It's quite annoying

I don't remember if they got it resolved. Another option the FORScan software thread has discussed this as well. Again I am not sure on teh results

As of right now, no way to disable. A couple people said they disabled the seatbelt alarm and it apeared to go away

If you leave the door open, I don't think it honks. Is that an option for you?

Leave the 2nd fob in the car and remember to take it with you when you are actually leaving the car. A solution that's been mentioned is to hold the fob at the top of the windshield, outside, when you close the door.

Stupid that you can't disable this.
Winter, early morning------snow on car-------start engine, turn defrosters on-------get out of car to remove snow from windows-------horn beeps, waking neighbors and making dogs bark.
Priceless!
