Door latch issues in freezing temps

Hey everyone I’ve been dealing with the very annoying issue this winter specifically.

my driver side front door won’t unlatch when trying to use the outside door handle when the outside temps are around freezing, only way I’ve been able to get it open is from the inside door latch by using the rear driver door to get. I’ve tried all different types of de icing lubricants on the latching mechanism as well as the door handle locking mechanism and nothing has changed.

I also have the same problem on the passenger front door as well from time to time but not nearly as often as the driver front.

Haven't experienced that on the Fiesta. My F150 had a recall for door latch icing, but it would make it so after you opened the door it wouldn't latch closed. The recall fix was done inside the door with the rods that actuate the door latch.
