Time to get back on that dyno :)
Yeah, but unfortunately I added the FSWERKs intake into the mix now as well, so I'll never really know how the exhaust is by it'self other than the one dyno session from LG Motorsports (181 hp & 228 pft with 93 octane Cobb map and exhaust).

Yeah, I tightened all my clamps and the car seems to have found it's "balls" again... I think this may be the reason for the bad dyno run last week. [unbelieveable]
Ok, now i'm REALLY curious to see what numbers you get back.

I'm not convinced I don't have a leak when boost is really high at higher rpms. I wasn't able to get to some clamps. What's the best way to get to the ic clamps? Do I need to pull the bumper?

a guy on another forum said he got to it by removing the headlights, sounds plausable

That was me and yes you can actually see and get to the clamps that connect to the intercooler much easier with the headlights removed (takes all of about 1 minute to remove both driver side and passenger side headlight assemblies on this car) and have more room to turn an open end wrench or socket wrench. 7mm works. I was able to get the pipe on the passengers side torqued down by removing the light, but not on the drivers side. My meaty arms are too beastly to fit down there, sadly (lol)

Despite turning wrenches on my cars for more than forty years, I have to admit that I'm more than a little fuzzy about which clamps people are finding are loose. Would some kind soul post a picture or diagram pointing out the specific clamps being discussed? Please help this clueless old fool out!

What? You should be able to access them unless you are like "gorilla" hands lol. Just need an open end or slim line 7mm socket wrench. I can do it for you if you want me too since you are local. I got all mine to German specs "Gudentight" hehe [like]

Yeah, my tools weren't helping. All I have at the moment is a socket wrench with a size adapter to fit the correct socket. It makes it very long and really really hard to use on small spaces :)

Took it out for a spin after retorqueing the clamps on all of the tubing except for the drivers side ic pipe. It definitely picked up on the top end and 6th gear is usable as a passing gear again.

Awesome. Buy a small (thin) 7mm wrench and get that other one snugged up. Most of mine were loose and 1-2 I could turn with my fingers.

Hopefully I will be getting home early on this friday so I will try to take it uppon my self to start getting a decent guide setup for doing all of the joints. However I am lacking decent tools, and also it will definitly be weather permitting. I will do my best hopefully haha :)

I was going to until I realized I could access most of the piping and fixed it myself. I'll let them know when I go in (hopefully this weekend) for my free oil change. It really is an issue, considering how many of us noticed a pretty big impact upon torquing them down again. Peloton, did you end up getting dyno'd again after fixing yours and your new intake/exhaust?
