Dimmer / Illumination / Headlight wire for gauges or head unit

Does anyone know where to tap a wire inside the cabin of a 2016 ST that will provide +12v when the headlights are on? I am trying to wire up a boost gauge and need something to provide power to the illumination wire. I have tried Fuse 3 and Fuse 19, both labeled Instrument Cluster, and Fuse 7 labeled Instrument Panel, no luck. Some searching has found that when wiring an aftermarket head unit, the blue wire is for illumination. I don't want to get into the dash so if there's an easier way to access that wire, like via one of the big wire harness connectors in the kick panel, I'd love to hear about it. Or if there's another wire you've used that works, let me know.
