difference between the 2013 and 2014 st taillights

i want to have aftermarket tail lights on my blue st, i just feel the red is a little too much. but the majority of lights that i see say 2011-2013 fiesta. thing is mine is a 2014. from what i can see there is no difference but i dont know anyone older than a 2014 to compare and i cant find a video or anything comparing. so is there any difference or will there be a little modification/hack job that id have to do? because thats something i dont want to do for plain quality assurence.
