Any concerns with insurance still covering that accident since the crash bar isn't DOT/OEM?
dont take this as a rant to you directly(a few people lately lol)
It has been talked about at least 6-7 times in this thread. There is close to 20 or more different cars that commonly use aftermarket tubular crash bars with no issues from insurance companies.

With that being said if you installed a clutch that failed leaving a light causing some one to hit you would insurance deny your claim? If you lowered your car and jumped a curb doing more damage than if it wasn't low would they deny you?
If you had putt bigger injectors in and someone tuned it shitty and stalled causing you to get t boned because you lost power steering and killed the passenger is it your fault for modifying the car or the company that sold you the parts....
did you know that we test hoods for damage it will do to a human. So if you put a carbon fiber hood on your car are you concerned with killing someone you may hit? Etc. I could go on with the examples.
The bottom line is the DHM team puts ALOT of time and energy in bring out the products we do and will not give the cook book out for everyone to read and make there own. The customers that purchase from up become family and get the highest quality parts out there and we will continue to operate as such.
Honestly i dont blame consumers to be so untrustworthy the products that some of these companies is garbage and its a lot of products that are bought left and right! There is a company that alot of you guys buy chassis components from that mig weld chromoly which is a big NO NO! but they cant make enough to ship out lol. So when we say that we are certified this or that, the people that dont care are the ones that dont understand what it means to be educated in there fields.
thanks
