This is that picture i was referring to, was this a LHD pedal that was a fitted to a RHD car?.

Yes that is correct. Before I started making the RHD specific pedals, A couple of folks from Australia purchased my LHD pedal in hopes of it fitting correctly.

I'm having problems posting pics at the moment, but have a look back along this thread where I've posted a pic of a RHD dead pedal. I'm sure you will agree, it looks really good.
