Crank But No Start After Head Replacement

So, I managed to lose coolant and overheat on track severely enough to warp the head and now, after replacing the head, it won't start. I've gone through a lot of troubleshooting and parts replacements with no luck, so any help would be appreciated.

When trying to start, it cranks fine but occasionally hitches and stops. The only indication I can tell going through Forscan is the cam position sensors sending a fault signal. But, I have replaced the cam position and crank position sensors as well as the vct actuators without any benefit. It did initially only read fault on the intake sensor, but after replacement, it reads fault on both.

Things I've checked:
- Codes: The only code is a no start code if it hitches and stops
- Compression: Measured multiple times and got an pretty even 180psi on each cylinder
- Fuel: I can smell fuel in the exhaust after trying to start. High side fuel pressure doesn't drop below 10,000kPA
- Spark: I used a visual spark tester and can see there is some spark. I don't really have a way to test spark timing. I've also tried both the old spark plugs and the new, gapped ones.
- Starter: Cranking speed is a steady 220-250rpm unless it hitches. While doing a flood clear, it cranks fine and does not hitch
- Valve Timing/VCT
- I'm assuming timing is at least clost due to the valves not crashing and maintaining compression. I used the correct timing tools when installing the belt and double checked it then. I've also sanity checked the cap positions and the intake valve is around 90deg after the exhaust.
- Cam position sensors(CMP1_INK_F, CMP1_EXH_F) bolt read fault during start
- SYNC does read YES in Forscan
- Pistons: I've put a scope down the spark plug and didn't see anything wrong.

Parts replaced since the overheat
- Cylinder Head
- Timing Belt
- Aux Belt
- Turbo, Whoosh hybrid
- Exhaust Manifold ceramic coated
- Downpipe, Whoosh catted
- Water Pump
- Fuel Injectors cleaned
- Themostat, ford 180deg
- Gaskets, torque to yield bolts, etc

Here is the Forscan log from the last starting attempt.

Figured it out. I didn't realize the crank position sensor read off the crank pulley rather than the crank itself. The alignment tool I got was also bent slightly so it didn't find the alignment hole and just spun freely. So, anyone else having this issue, check the crank pulley alignment.
