Never noticed the Canadian part of this forum before. I ran a 219A code, and was getting bad gas mileage. That was a job for my mechanic, I do the little things but not for this. The short of it is I got a bad compression test. Cylinder #1 160 psi, #2 160 psi, #3 105 psi, #4 110 psi. They did not confirm valves or rings, if they do that anymore. To me I am in for a rebuilt or any suggestions? If I am going to rebuilt I just watch a video of a 400 HP Fiesta 1.6 rebuild. Maybe looking for a good performance rebuild shop in southern Ontario.
