Cold Intake and Cat Back question -

FiST gods and community,

If I upgrade the intake and the cat-back 3" (I am specifically looking at INJEN), do I NEED to do a tune?

I was supposed to keep my car stock, but you (the forum) are very tempting and inspiring...

Intake and cat back should be no problem without a tune . As you know more could be gained with a tune.

Thanks, I plan on doing that later on but wanted to start somewhere. I have about 1k to use so that, the RMM and a shifter can do for now. I just didn't know if I was going to be forced to tune.
