So the details on the description for the exhaust say 2.5," but the link/description at the top of their product page says 3"...so...which is it Cobb? Have any dyno charts or is this a noise-only modification in catback form?

One thing I've learned so far in life is that cheap things (not including premium on sale) break first. Also, when it comes down to car parts, you can resell premium parts for more. With that said... I picked up the Cobb CBE.
Not saying it's not worth the money. Just saying it's similar. You can compare the pics of fswerks to Cobb and there is a clear quality difference. That being said it's only $50 less than the focus exhaust which has a resonator and muffler, more pipe and it's 3"...
I don't believe the smoking tire dynos will help me. I'm curious what/if just the cat-back exhaust will provide any gains without going to a different stage/intake/intercooler/etc

Ah I was just thinking that. Was going to post the same. Fswerks has a dyno of theirs compared to stock... Should be close to the same. But a true measure of the Cobb exhaust would be nice since a lot of people say there are no gains from a CBE.
