I think it would be very difficult to get to the intercooler end tanks, but every other pipe shouldn't be difficult.

The bumper is very easy to remove. I'm not sure why you would want to make the job even more difficult by doing it without removing the bumper

Im just asking because I dont have my own garage and disassembling a bumper at my apartment parking is prohibited.

we can do it in my garage if u wanna take a trip up to bakersfield. i just did mine recently. toughest part is attaching to the turbo

Grab your tools, pipes, etc. Go to your local auto part store. Use their parking lot. They always have people working on crap there. Not ideal but would work.
