Cobb access port disconnects/resets often

Anyone else have issues with their AP reseting or disconnecting during certain actions such as going over harsh speed bumps or potholes? Also any time I barely even tap the obd port it also disconnects.

Bought the AP used so not sure if it's a problem with the actual AP, the cable, or the Obd port. Anyone else experience anything similar?

Might need to get an new cable.....or send it in for repairs. If It was me id get a new cable first.

It happens often enough to be annoying but not often enough to warrant sending it in for repairs and being without it for a while.

Might try the new cable and hope that fixes it.
