Very interested in the DHM kit with the C39.

Russ, any thoughts on using the stock cat with this, or better to go with a DHM catted version?

Better as in more HP? Yes. I believe BigMan is using stock DP and stock exhaust. Don't know what type of numbers he's putting up. You may want to wait for his results to see.

i dont see alot of power in a DP until 250-270whp range. Then its worth something. Our downpipe is the highest qualiy on the market we also went way out of our way to use large radius bend out of the turbo for the best smoothest exhaust flow and transition to the exhaust.

No he has our Stage2+ kit. DHM Factory Fit Intercooler and DHM Catless DP

Russ,

Good news. I'd like to update the turbo, but keep the stock DP / exhaust. I might consider an upgraded exhaust manifold, should it prove effective.
Living in California, it would be nice to keep the stock appearance, while enjoying the updated power delivery.

I currently have a COBB FMIC, which I suspect will be fine for a street driven / occasional HPDE event fiesta.

I have mentioned this on a few threads but nobody seems to have tried it yet.

Stock DP has two major areas causing restricted and disrupted flow, cut those out and install a piece of larger tubing to clean them up, should make a good and very low cost improvement and when the heat shield is put back on(it might need tweaked a little) stock or stock enough looking to pass inspection.

Silly question but does the heatshield even fit after putting on the Cyborg/39?

I'm also curious because I'm pretty sure it won't fit over my 2554.

I have done it and wow does it free up power. And it still passes smog.
