I have actually used quite a bit of bailing wire on my FiST build, it is great to hold hard to manage parts in place for welding, calipers out of the way when pulling off rotors, etc..........even welding up some of the exhaust, to make it less loud:)

JB weld, great stuff but the one of the best tools ever is that BW:)

I have two full cores right now.
We are at a point where the next one will have a bit of delay because we'll have to order a new round of compressor wheels, so that takes a bit. But just let me know and its no biggie. They are not going anywhere as far as i know.

If you wanted to port them yourself, you can always pay the core charge ahead of time and pay shipping and I could send the manifold and/ or turbine to you. I recommend all at once, but I'm flexable ( or try to be ).

Lessard, intercooler is a good idea. I would say doing that BEFORE the turbo is a good idea. I only waited because #1 i didn't have the cash for a cooler. #2 I wanted to beat 217whp with a stock cooler and intake. I'm still running the stock intake, box and all.

More random info...

248whp/283 torque on the V-dyno this morning, it was nice and cold, like 50degrees i think.

http://www.datazap.me/u/sourskittle/248whp-283-tq?log=0&data=5

I was really excited when I FIRST looked at it. I did a log with my 100lbs gf in the car later today and forgot to change the passenger weight back by 100lbs, lol. Think it said like 255whp. But then it got straightened out when I took her weight out ( since she doesn't ride to work with me in the AM.

This was used to describe the cyborg today, and I had to steal the quote, lol. Someone else who actually has the cyborg :)

" I'd rather have lower torque for days than high torque for the moment. "
