Changing number of Turn Signal blinks

Anyone know where to change the number of blinks when you tap the turn signal? I'd like to change it to 5. The only stuff I've found online for other Fords is to make changes in the SCCM with Forscan, but mine doesn't show up in either the HS or MS. Any ideas?
