Been running the boomba bov adapter or spacer for about 5k miles havent really had an issue but i was curious if i should get rid of it and just get the cobb drop in filter for the stock box becuase i am on the stage 1 tune any thoughts are welcome

They are totally unrelated. If running a Cobb stage 1, a flat panel filter might give you a small bump. You can use that filter with a totally stock car as well. The Boomba adapter is just a noisemaker. Nothing wrong with it, but it has no effect on performance.
I’m basically just want to make sure i dont blow up my car( im exaggeratin ofc) but just for long gevity does it matter to have the boomba bov adapter since the stage 1 ots doesnt account for the boomba adapter
