I just upgraded to a CPE intercooler and the thing is huge compared to stock. Unfortunately I was under the gun and needed to finish up and didn't have to time to do any trimming. The bumper cover is touching the front of the intercooler on the end tanks. CPE knows it could do that, it's right in the instructions, so not a big deal. Only reason I want to fix it, is the gap on the driver side fender is wonky now.
I know exactly where to trim the bumper, I am just unsure of the tools to use? I don't want to melt the plastic with a dremel and I don't want it to be noticeable that it was cut.
What did you do if you have needed to trim it?
