I guess since I have made the transition from lurker to active member I should probably start chronicling the build of my FiST. It's only fair to warn you I tend to forget to take pictures of what I am doing and that when I don't I am by no means a photographer. Also, I have done previous mods prior to creating this thread but it was just the normal bolt-ons that most members have done. As of this week I have begun to go deeper and into uncharted waters, for myself, and started installing bigger ticket items. What follows is my idea of pictures and possibly notes as to what is in said pictures.
So, I'll start out with the tear-down, which gets easier every time you do it.
Well, I completely forgot I never finished this....
So anywho, with the race IC and crashbeam installed, the rest of my goodies showed up.
Appropriate shirt
Holy packaging Batman!
Everything all unpacked
Mmmmm.... Tubular manifold
Magically installed!
And now the fun piece, the awe-inspiring beauty that is the GTX2860r
Once again, magic!
Open wastegate dump, because its obnoxious and I love it
Mishimoto OCC install, very easy and straight forward
Some new sneakers because while tuning I was shredding the stock potenzas in 3rd gear. Went with potenza RE71r's in 215/45/17
Clean with nice view of crashbeam
Also, mudflaps
That's about it for now. Ummm.... Vdyno? Why not
Returning to the garage sometime in spring 2017 for Aux fuel, coilovers, a much over due brake job, and whatever else i decide to get between now and then.

First I pulled the wipers, cowl and headlights then I tore its face off and pulled the intake, battery tray and noticed my MAF sensor connector had a busted wire, which conveniently enough broke right at the connector, this will be replaced. I also pulled off my Cobb FMIC and hotside charge pipe.
Next I went a little more invasive and pulled the downpipe and turbo.
A little PB blaster goes a long way, but a lot is just more fun.
Tiny turbo is tiny.
Always good to stay organized.
Now I tried my hand at opening up the grill, with the assistance of my dog Loki. He is oh-so helpful. It's a messy process but very DIYable.
Then brown santa (UPS guy) brought me some DHM goodies.
Russ doesn't skimp on packaging.
Once again, so helpful...
A little comparison of the DHM Race IC to Cobb IC with bonus crashbeam.
Stock crashbeam and DHM crashbeam.
Holding up radiator while swapping crashbeams.
Finally the glorious payoff.
