A few more minor updates - only having two or so hours a day to work on this is making this Air Lift air install take longer than expected but it's almost done. All of the air lines are run, compressor is mounted, electrical is run through the compartment and just has to be finished up in the engine bay and lastly, just the tank has to be mounted. Soon!

Front shock/bag set up:

Rear shock/bag set up:

Overall view of the rear which also shows the Eibach sway bar and Cobb Tuning cat-back exhaust... and no, the car is not Battleship Gray.

Air Lift dampening adjuster:

Cobb Tuning engine mount:

The underside of this thing is completely filthy so once it's all done, it's getting back on the rack and getting cleaned... I can't stand how dirty it got during ride over from Detroit.
Can you provide the details on the base for the AirLift set up you put together? I saw they can sell universal set ups, but you need a bunch of measurements that I can't get anymore since mine is no longer stock.

Are the rear bags only mounted to the torsion bar and not to the chassis? Aren't the air lines prone to getting crushed with it coming out the top like that?

At the time there was no "out of the box" kit available so they sent me some parts that they had R&D'd as well as some universal parts. The front went in pretty straight forward but the rear was a little tricky because of the way we had to mount it plus the available bag sizes so we had to make our own mounts, etc. to make sure there was no rubbing.

Those pictures above weren't the final install on the rear - we ended up changing some things around so if you for whatever reason got airborne or something the bag wouldn't come out of place. The mount we made basically keeps the bag in place and then we rerouted the lines so they're clear of anything pinching, cutting, rubbing against them. I drive the car fairly often and have yet to have an issue...

Cool, thanks for the info. I have an entire setup from a Focus ST - just need different front struts for the Fiesta. Just doing some research first. But looks like it's going to go smoothly

My question is - could you give more details on the (custom?) cabinet for the SW and the amp? And, why are you selling (I know, kids and all - but still! Labor of love!)? I also would like to point out that you - after all this hatin' on black wheels - went exactly there. 'splain!
