Hmmm another week gone by, anyone received emails?
Yes! Check your email! They said the cores are another 60 days out but..

I want to give everyone an update on the Fiesta ST intercooler. We are still waiting on the large batch of cores to arrive. We made a change to add 14mm of height in Sept based on our testing at Road Atlanta - which allowed another core and additional 7% drop in temps. This pushed back the core production.

I'll have the final core release date on Friday but I believe we are 60days out; however, because everyone is having to wait longer, we are offering either a $50 refund back to your card or paypal - or a free (shipped now) Cobb Fiesta ST shift knob. Or you can have a full refund at anytime. Just let me know what works for you and thank you again for your patience.

We have the black with red base and black with black base available.

Looking forward seeing how this cooler does. It def COULD be the best option for guys that can't afford the DHM race cooler.

Yeah, 2JR was "wrapping up production" of their Race FMIC a year and a half ago and it's still not released.... [poke] [dunno] [???:)]

6/20/2014

We are wrapping up production of our Full Race FMIC for the Fiesta ST. Our IC requires no cutting, its a direct drop in and is considerably larger than nearly all intercoolers on the market. With 17 rows and less than 1psi pressure drop its built for the street and track...

Well they told me back in early November 60 days so I'm going to be giving them a call in a couple more weeks. If all else fails I'll have no choice but to go with DHM [dunno]

Any one thinking about purchasing this intercooler should hold off for now. Still waiting for first batch to be made. Have emailed and called 2j this past week. Joe emailed me saying he would give me a call. That was on Tuesday the 5th. All I want is an update, maybe an idea of when they will be complete. I suspect they still haven't received the cores. Will update when I can

I went to his shop (2J Racing) in person to pick up some Hawks pads. I saw the FMIC in person, it's pure weld porn. He explained to/showed me how they had to make a slight change in end-tank design and expressed that this slowed progress. They were also super slammed when I was there, and no, Joe didn't sell his FiST.

Thanks for the heads up. Hopefully they'll be ready soon

Well they were set to release February, and here we are. I know they were having delays but I am just waiting on a reply on any news they have on the production. Anyone have any news?

My apologies if I havent reached out to each of you directly - we've been speaking to everyone on the list. But to recap, the version we finished, which was slightly larger than the original design, we test fit on our '14 FiST with no issue. Before we began shipping I brought in a 2015 FiST to check for fitment, in picture. And it wouldnt clear. We even tried to shift the crash brace and no luck. It was different than my test car but about 8-10mm - less depth. So we revised the design and will have these out in the next 2-3 weeks, before the end of the month. Its unfortunately but when you are trying to run something that large inside the sturdy crash brace, there are bound to be issues.
