So I fixed my fuse issue. Kept blowing them in 1st. The intake was bumping the sensor right behind it so I took about 2" off the big hose that came with the kit and wrapped the sensor to create a cushion, then moved the intake over a tad. Viola. ..perfect.

I'm curious how much space is created with a battery relocate & the stock airbox gone after the 2j intake is installed if a channeled radiator extractor would fit?!?!?

It'd be offset to the driver side, but could be an option with a bit of aluminum, rivets and abs plastic..... Plus you'd still have the stock airbox mounting locations to stabilize the duct/channel...

Quick question for those of you who have received your intakes... did 2J-Racing send a tracking number for the shipment? Or was it just sitting on your doorstep when you got home? I'm asking because I was hoping to do my downpipe & intake this weekend but I'm a little hesitant to install only the DP and have to run the Stage 3 Cobb OTS map in order to turn off the CEL due to the O2 Sensor flipping out at no longer having a catalytic converter. I would be running the Stage 3 map without an upgraded FMIC or intake if that were the case. I imagine it could be done but I would either risk it running like a dog or having to watch my various temperatures carefully. Thoughts?

Don't run stage 3 without an fmic.
Thanks for the reply, but can you please elaborate? What will happen if I do? Why is it recommended? Is there an alternative option available to me where I can run Stage 1 but turn off the CEL that will be popped when I install the catless downpipe? ~$600-800 is a lot for an upgraded IC at the moment, but if you can convince me it's necessary I'll find a way to swing it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

It's necessary.

Did it work?

Stock fmic can only exchange so much heat. You run stage 3 and increase the amount of heat you generate but not the amount you can dissipate, well something bad will happen and your warranty may go out the window. If you're not worried about your warranty then go for it. I would just highly, highly recommend getting your fmic upgraded before you go stage 3.

Without the intercooler you run the risk of detonation.... And that should be enough not to try and not wreck your engine

You can put a spacer in the sensor in your dp or something like that. Something about moving it away from the stream will make it not give you a cel. That's the only way I know of to get rid of cel without the ap. There's bound to be something around here on how to do this. I'm not exactly the best source of info. If I'm wrong someone more knowledgeable will correct me. :)

Yep, by putting in an 02 spacer in you allow less exposure to the sensor essentially fooling the sensor into thinking your running acceptable emissions levels.
