I am not making any additional splitters, but I'll leave all the information you need below for reference.

Most importantly, you need the light components:
Glove box light diffuser: https://www.tascaparts.com/oem-parts/ford-lamp-assembly-be8z13e701a?c=az0x
Wiring harness (includes the LEDs): https://www.tascaparts.com/oem-parts/ford-jumper-wiring-be8z14a411a

Regarding the splitters in this thread, making a single one or even a few just isn't cost effective, as the pins have minimum order quantities and you need a pin crimper. I would suggest just using Posi-Taps and some wire to connect the new lights to the factory wiring. Won't look as pretty, but it will work just the same and the wiring is hidden anyways.

In case someone does want to make splitters, these are the items needed:
Female plug: https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/571-1456983-1
Female plug pins: https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/571-1393367-1-CT
Male plug: https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/571-6-1419166-1
Male plug pins: https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/571-1-1419158-6-CT
Pin crimper: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B017JU20Z6
Wire: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B010IBYCH2

Does the harness you listed alleviate the need to create a splitter?

My understanding is no... New light (diffuser) to new harness, to splitter.
Correct, the diffuser is just a clear plastic insert, and the wiring harness has 3 LEDs (it was meant for the earlier cars that have the light above the glovebox in addition to the two footwell lights). Since only one LED goes to the diffuser, you can figure out what to do with the other two LEDs; most people find a way to make them glovebox interior lights.

So basically there's several ways to make this work, it just varies on difficulty and looking "stock". Obviously your y-splitters are the most stock solution.

As far as the extra 2 LEDs, for putting them in the glovebox:

Does anyone have the 3D print files or can contact meowish for the files so we can get those back too?
